Application area
Illuminated Stone surfaces are in natural stone texture. Another name is known as cobblestone. It harmonizes between granite, slate and natural stones on floors and walls and offers the most suitable solutions. It has a completely transparent appearance (like glass). The reason why it is different from other products is that the light is completely refracted on the upper surface, that is, in the rough part, since no pigment is used in it. This adds a very different atmosphere to the product.
Product Characteristics
Our product works with 12 V DC. The number of LEDs may vary depending on the product dimensions.
Technical Data
When rough stones stay in water for a long time, they should not absorb water and their transparency should not change or become dull.Tonnage resistance must be guaranteed. ( 60 tons )
It should work under the conditions specified in the chart below in hot and cold conditions, this work should be documented with a test report.
Luminous Stones must comply with IP68 norms.
The outer surfaces of the stones should not be sticky.
The material of the stones should not be polyester.
The light should be blurred and homogeneously distributed.
The product dimensions should be (picture 1). 95x95x45mm .
The surface of the product should look like natural stone.
SMD technology, copper cooling surface led on the pcb should be used.
The light source should work with 70% efficiency up to 50,000 hours.
Wide-angle high-brightness LEDs should be used.
Luminous stones should be guaranteed for 2 years.
Each group will have a single cable mounted from the illuminated stone to the transformer to be fed.
Border energy source should be 12 V. DC (Switching Power supply) Regulated Power Supply.
