Technical Data
Flat-surfaced tapes should not absorb water when they are in water for a long time, and their transparency should not change or become dull.Tonnage resistance must be guaranteed. ( 60 tons )
It should work under the conditions specified in the chart below in hot and cold conditions, this work should be documented with a test report.
Illuminated tapes must comply with IP68 norms.
The outer surfaces of the luminous tapes should not be sticky.
The material of the luminous tapes should not be polyester.
The content of the product should be polyepox and epoxy.
The light should be blurred and homogeneously distributed.
The product dimensions should be (picture 1). 1000X40x25 mm .
Power in single color product: 14.4 W, 12 V DC, 1.2 Ampere led should be used.
SMD technology, copper cooling surface led on the pcb should be used.
The light source should work with 70% efficiency up to 50,000 hours.
Wide-angle high-brightness LEDs should be used.
120 LEDs should be used in the illuminated bands, only red and green should be lit.
Illuminated tapes must have the CE mark.
Each group of illuminated stone will have a single cable mounted up to the transformer to be fed.
The energy source of the illuminated tapes should be 12 V. DC (Switching Power supply) Regulated Power Supply.
